List of All Mobility Programs
Wrist, Forearm, Elbow Mobility Program
Here is another great mobility program developed with Revelution Fitness to keep the lower arm as functional as possible. The stretches, mobility drills, and strengthen exercises will help to optimize your performance at the box, especially with bar work, and even help counteract the day to day hazards of typing, texting, etc. Check out the new program here and as always, please consult the doctor with any questions or concerns prior to engaging in this program.
Calf, Ankle, and Foot Mobility Program
Here is another great mobility program done with Jay from Revelution Fitness focusing on the calf, ankle, and foot. These exercises will not only help strengthen your foundation to the floor, but increased mobility will hopefully aid in a deeper squat, easier cardio, and overall less injuries. Follow along with the program by completing one stretch, one mobilization, and one strengthening exercise for each day. As always, please consult your doctor with any questions or concerns before attempting this program but otherwise click here to view the program and to follow along with the videos.

Take 1 from each category to complete each day and as always, please consult your doctor with any questions or concerns prior to engaging in this program. Click here to view this program.
Foam Roller for Spine and Legs
There are many benefits to the breakdown and release of tight soft tissues throughout the body, and I have demonstrated the use of the Foam Roller to many of my patients for a great home therapy. Jay from Revelution Fitness helped me to film the use of the Foam Roller for the full spine and legs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this therapy, please consult your doctor before attempting. Otherwise, please click here to view the video. Happy rolling!
